Advance Method To Having A Straight Wall (RBM Building System)

The building of partition walls using RBM foam concrete which is good insulation

and 4 hours ﬁre rating SIRIM tested as an alternative, non-conventional methods

in place of traditional bricks laying and plastering job method is now possible

with the RBM Foam Concrete Machine Model RBM 1000. The technique of

controlling a consistent foam mortar mix, perfected by RBM Building Machinery

Trading Sdn Bhd (RBM) uses the foam concrete comprising ingredients mixed

in speciﬁc compositions and pumped into formwork. Once the foam concrete

dries, the formwork is dismantled and the partition walls are ready, in triple

quick time!

The RBM-1000 comes in a complete system comprising mixer, hopper, pump,

conveyor and foam generator. An inbuilt automatic weighing scale batches the

mix that make up the foam mortar (foam, water, cement, ﬁne sand) in the correct

proportion speciﬁed for the various density as desired. A water cooling system is

also incorporated in the pumping chamber to improve the workability for longer

period. Besides this, RBM Foam Concrete Machine Model RBM 1000 also allows

to perform other applications such as:
